i can’t download the app kano for use Motion sensor Kit make hand controlled apps kano device

i follown the instruction and went i download i see this message:
failed no file


that the kano support awnser

Please allow me to bring this to our developer’s attention. I will be back in touch with you as soon as I get their assistance which will likely be early next week when they are back in the office. Apologies for the downtime. I look forward to getting to the bottom of this. :+1:

To be a modestly expensive product, I don’t see the need to wait a week or several days to solve a minor problem, I think I will have to return the product to the store with the other students who recommended me to buy it.

This email is proof of the ineffective lack of attention that users have, the customer service is very good in quick responses but very inefficient to solve the problem, me and my students are very upset that they cannot solve a problem as simple as is to upload the software again, even another student looked for the software in third-party pages
